La spéléologie. Une activité dangereuse qui n’est pas sans rappeler Dig Dug, Terraria, Spelunky ou encore Mr Driller. En y ajoutant une bonne dose d’exploration, de collecte et d’optimisation de nos pouvoirs on lorgne du côté des MetroidVania. A côté de ces jolis petits codes, nous avons une approche des rares phases d’action très Megaman-esque. Englobons le tout dans un monde steampunk western, et on se retrouve avec SteamWorld Dig : A Fistful of Dirt. Alors, mix réussi ou gros pot-pourri ? Caves, or, marchands, exploration, explosions, affrontements, upgrades : le produit se mixe au final vraiment bien ! Une épreuve de force renforcée par une très belle musique qui nous accompagne tout au long des 7 h de jeu.
Mais qu’en pensent les principales sources d’inspirations ?
NB : Le jeu coûte moins de 10€ en temps normal et il est actuellement en promotion sur l’eShop.
